If you run the Houston Marathon or ride in the MS-150 from Houston to Austin, you will have seen Bill. A Licensed Paramedic and 25-year Emergency Medical Service volunteer, he has coordinated the emergency medical response both at the marathon start line, and as the runners return to the George R. Brown Convention Center for many years; though his last cardiac arrest save was at 39,000 feet over the mid-Pacific.
