The Strategic Question is a concise statement of the problem at hand.  Examples might include:

  • How can we establish ourselves as the dominant supplier of our product in Latin America while maintaining positive cash flow and enhancing our reputation for quality?
  • Which of our partnering alternatives offers the best opportunity for us to expand our brand recognition and increase margins?
  • How can we improve our efficiency at processing orders in a way that pleases our customers so that we can increase revenue without taking on additional personnel?
